90 Days 1:1 Replacement Warranty
Starting from orders received on or after January 1st, 2019.
Our warranty policy covers a period of 90 days for products that come with electronic functionality. If your product malfunctions due to an electronic issue within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost. Please note that this warranty only applies to products with electronic functionality and does not cover damages caused by user negligence or misuse. Our commitment is to offer high-quality products and reliable after-sales support, standing behind the products we sell.
For Wear and Tear
It's important to note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear. We encourage customers to follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper use and maintenance. For any questions or concerns about our warranty policy, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
For TPE/Silicone Products
For items made of rubber or TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), carefully inspect the product upon receipt. If you notice any defects or issues with the material or construction, please contact us immediately. Our customer support team will work closely with you to determine the best course of action, including repair or replacement.
Return Process
To return a damaged or defective item, please email a Refund Application Form to loveholicmy2u@gmail.com with the following details:

- Tracking No: (Attach a copy of postage receipt/document)
Once completed, email the form to loveholicmy2u@gmail.com
Our administrator will contact you once your request is confirmed, and the refund will be processed within 1-14 working days.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Damaged items must be returned with their original box and receipt.
- Inform Customer Service before returning the item, or the request will not be processed.
- Customers are responsible for both outbound and inbound postage fees for shipping items back to us (for replacement item)
Refund Timeline
Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package for the refund process to be completed. The refund will be based on the customer's actual paid amount.
Void Warranty Conditions
This warranty is void if the product is:
- Damaged due to negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, modification, tampering, alteration, faulty installation, and/or acts of God.
- Used for commercial applications or rentals.
- Modified or repaired by anyone other than LOVEHOLIC.MY.
